Picture perfect

Ask yourself, if you could have a picture perfect life, how will that picture look?

Yes, it may be a life free of car finance, home insurance and all that financial rubbish we all have to go through, but material stuff doesn't count here.

Think of things that really makes you happy, and people you know you can spend the rest of your life with. Think of that person you will love till the day you die, thINK of the ones who put a smile on your face and makes your heart race.

Now, paint that picture in your head, or if you're an artist draw it or paint it on a piece of paper or canvas. All your hopes and dreams need to be in it, all your ambitions and life goals, all the elements of your life not involving materialistic things, but something real.

When your picture is finished, keep it with you. If you're not artistic, write it down or record it on your phone. Now that you've got it in your hands, think of how you're going to make it a reality. This will take time and effort, but it's all in your hands, you decide in which direction you want to put your life into.

Yes, if you're a religious person, like me, you'll feel that you need to pray about all of this, so do it. But that's not the point.

The point is that you need to see all the happiness and joy you miss everyday. You need to grasp that and start painting your picture perfect life. It won't turn out as perfect as you think it might be, but there's something I learned when I was a little boy. SEEK PERFECTION OF CHARACTER.

We're not perfect, but we can sure as hell strive to be!
