It's Friday again!! And it's a good one, of that I'm sure!
So, let's talk some sense into your unstable little life and get you ready for a wild weekend!
Do you know someone who has a tombstone mentality? People who believe that when they die, everything will be better, all their issues will be sorted, they will wake up in the afterlife with no worries at all. Does this sound familiar? Is this you?
Well, I've got something for you...
You may think that your darkest hour will come somewhere in the night, just after you had your glass of wine, when you are lying in your bed and waiting for the darkness to take you away from it all, but guess what? It's not gonna happen!
You like to live in the shadows, to scared of doing anything, holding on to the past, not keen to fight for yourself. When are you going to wake up?? When are you going to realise that life is here and now? Not somewhere in the past!!
The afterlife isn't going to set you free, it's going to bind you to the life you lived here and now. The choices you make now, the life you live now, the love you give now, the hate you pursue NOW!!! Nothing gets left out in life.

Although Christmas is still a month away, the Christmas fever is hitting everyone hard, including me...
You're probably on your way to having a nice little holiday with your family or friends, right? Buying everyone gifts and getting enough wine for the festive time.
I'll be hitting the road myself on Saturday, but only for a week, then I need to come back to work...
Still, that week is going to be legen... Wait for it...
So, the weekend, well, it didn't start off to badly. We had a stage production going on for the whole weekend, and I was responsible for all the technical side of things to move smoothly. So, I spent the whole weekend with all the guys and girls involved in the production.
I wanted to make time for someone else too, but yeah, time was really hard to come by this weekend, and before I knew it, it was over. It's a pitty, really.
At least my brother decided to give me an early Chrsitmas gift on Saturday:) And on this next line I won't take any arguements. I have the best brother in the world!

Yes, people, believe it or not, but it's Friday!!
This week flew like a rocket past me, but I'm not complaining, seeing that it's the start of another wild weekend!
This weekend will probably be spent at home behind my guitars and pc, as the weather isn't working for the outdoors, but the indoors instead.
So, here's an idea, seeing that it's cloudy and rainy outside. If you have a cuddle-buddy, then you are pretty much fixed for the weekend, but for the rest of you out there, grab a blanket, make some popcorn, get some wine, and some dvds, and enjoy the great indoors for a change. Maybe even invite some friends over? Or a potential cuddle-buddy;)
I guess everything is just easing out towards the end of the year, people finishing up their exams, other going on holidays already, and some of us working until Christmas...
Still, it could be worse, right? So, put a smile on your face, embrace the lovely weather, kick back and enjoy your weekend!!

One thing I surely feel like telling you today, is that there's nothing in the world that compares to music!
Music can fill all your emotional needs, music can make you lose your head, it can make you relax, make you feel better or even make you miss someone or something.
Music can feed our souls with endless joy, sadness, longing, all the emotions you'll ever experience. It is better than any wine you'll ever taste, better than any drug you'll ever take, better than any addiction you'll ever have.
So, seeing that it is Friday and the wild weekend will begin once again, I'm giving you some homework...
If you are a wild child, you're probably agreeing with everything i've just said about music, but if you find yourself not really knowing what I'm talking about, please do the following. It'll open up your mind and heart to things you've never experienced.
Go into your room, close the door, lock it if you can. Turn off the lights, turn on your favorite band on your iPod, or on your pc, or on your hi-fi, anything that can play music, then lay down flat on your back, close your eyes, and experience...
If you don't have any favorite bands, and you love listening to stuff that can't even remotely be called music, please consult your nearest friend who has some? If you don't know someone, ask the one who follows you around the whole day...

Have you ever had that feeling that you're the one standing on the edge of the earth?
Not sure what to do, where to go, who to listen to, feeling insecure. Not sure what the future holds, what you really want or where you see yourself.
One thing you do know, is that your world needs to change, because you can't go on like this. The crossroads ahead ease closer with every breath you take and you're still not sure what road you'll be taking.
No amount of books, pain, wine, laughs or cries will solve your issue. You're the one who's going to take a whole lot of time and figure this out. I know you know enough to make a success, you know you have the potential.
It's time to look what's right in front of you, it's time to stand up and make things happen. Take your time to perfect everything, sit and argue with yourself, be the one in control, create yourself!
It's not a matter of luck, it's just a matter of time.

Life is full of amazing stories.
Some that we hear from other people, some that we read in books, or the best stories, your own.
Yes, I know nothing can top the one night you were so high on wine, you didn't even remember your mother's maiden name, great story. But what about your stories that you paid for a drama and stayed for a comedy?
You know, the ones where you were serious about something or someone and suddenly realised one day that this planned novel turned out to be a short story, not seeing that you're already busy writing a novel, but with another main character.
But at the end of it all, we figure it all out. Sometimes it's hard, other times we find it easy. And then we live with it. "Time heals everything" are words only comforting, because at the end of the day, it's only time passing by.
Something you can remember, it doesn't take one try to perfect something. You have to write a couple of short stories in order write a perfect novel. And every novel has a crisis and climax.

Interesting little fact about wine, guys, most girls like it...
If it's a dry red, or a semi-sweet, or even the wine they serve in the church with a communion sermon.
You can even tell a lot about the girl's persona by just knowing which wine she prefers, but I'm not giving out any secrets;)
One thing I suggest you all do, is to broad your horizons. The more types of people you know, the better you'll get along with people, right? The same goes for wine...
Yes, wine tastings are classy, but do you really get to know someone by just meeting them? I don't think so. You need to sit down and chat to a person to get to know him/her.
So here's an idea. Get a bottle of wine you've never heard of before, then get someone to share it with that you barely know, giving you the opportunity to get to know a person and a wine!

Yes, a lot of us know that feeling when everything around us can't seem to fit. And most of the time, it's because you had another whisky or thought that a bottle of wine won't do you anything if you see how fast you can down it! Haha
But sometimes it's much more than that. Sometimes we strike all time highs or even all time lows, putting our worlds in a spin and making us feel like we're lost in something or someone.
Even our fears can get the best of us, giving in to our own created paranoia and desperately trying to make it all stop. Some become comfortably numb in their fear, and just learn to live with it, some embrace it and start believing that their fear will lead them to a better life. But it's only the selected few who goes beyond comfort and settling in. It's onlly those who stand up and fight with open minds and open hearts. Willing to change with the territory and facing their own faults. Making themselves better in the process and overcoming their worst enemy, which is the guy/girl looking back at you in the mirror.

All of us seek something in life, most of us still seek something after we've already got what we've been looking for. Some of us even let go of the thing they love the most and come up with an excuse like,"It's for the best..." just to justify their stupidity.
But let us all face the music, we all want to be happy, we all want to have a good life, we all want to enjoy the people we surround ourselves with, we all want someone to love.
This means that we all want to impress in one way or another, making someone else admire you, and most of the time it happens where two or more are gathered to have a good time! Which means there has to be something to drink, right?
So, here's an idea. Why not impress with the best? Norman Goodfellows offer the finest in wine, whisky and more, thus leaving a long lasting impression with your guests and making them admire you.
